Origin and Objectives

My name is Arnie Kaiser and as Grand Knight of the Father Finley Council #4374 of the Knights of Columbus, I would like to welcome you to our web site.

When was Council #4374 chartered?

The Father Finley Council #4374 was chartered over fifty years ago in 1957 by four east metro Churches:

The Council is named after a parish priest from Blessed Sacrament.

Where do we serve?

We currently serve Saint Paul’s East Metro thru fund raisers and service projects. Our membership, consisting of over 250 Catholic men, comes from primarily these East Metro Churches:

We also have other members representing additional Catholic churches.

What are our values?

Our fraternal order’s traditional values of Charity, Unity, Fraternity and Patriotism are core to our activities. We are “Faith in Action” with a local focus. In 2007 we donated over $20,000 and generated over 6000 service hours.

We are an engaged Council having held 28 programs in the areas of Church, Family, Youth, Community and Council Activities. Our pancake breakfasts were held at six different east metro parishes last year.

How to get involved?

If you are a Catholic man age 18 years and older, I would like to personally invite you to join the 1.7 million Knights of Columbus. It’s a great way to serve you parish and community.

Check us out. Come to one of our many fund raisers or join us at one of our fraternal activities. Our monthly meetings are held at Transfiguration Catholic Church in Oakdale.

If you are already a Knight or an inactive Knight that is looking for a council, we offer you the opportunity to join our team.

For more information about Council #4374 drop us an email and one of our members would be happy to sit down and talk to you.
